50K Relay: The Ultimate Team Challenge
Want the ultra experience without the solo mileage? The relay is all about teamwork, strategy, and sharing the finish line vibes.

Choose Your Squad

DUO: Two runners splitting the distance.

TEAMS: A powerhouse squad of three or four members.

There are 8 legs in total. Everyone in your crew has to run at least one, but if someone is feeling extra fresh, they’re more than welcome to take on back-to-back legs!

The Transition: The Handover

We use an ankle or wrist timing chip as your "baton."

Here’s the deal:

THE ZONE: You can only swap runners at the official transition zones.

THE HANDOVER: You need to wait for your teammate to arrive in the zone, swap the timing chip over, and then you're good to go.

Keeping the Race Alive

We want everyone to finish, but there are a couple of thing to remember to keep things fair:

COMPLETE THE LEG: The runner who starts a leg has to be the one to finish it.

KEEP MOVING: If a teammate can’t finish their leg, the team will get a "DNF" on the results, but you don't have to stop there! The rest of the team can still run their remaining legs for the fun of it.

Please refer to the Race Manual for full details and rules for this event.
