COURSE ETIQUETTE
The Essentials
We are incredibly lucky to run through such beautiful locations, and we need your help to keep it that way. To ensure the future of Ultra Perth and the safety of everyone involved, we ask all participants and spectators to follow these simple guidelines:
KEEP IT CLEAN
We have a strict no-littering policy. Please do not throw your rubbish or gel wrappers on the ground.
Cup Bins: Dedicated bins will be provided at all water stations for your cups. Please ensure your waste makes it into the bin.

FOOTPATH ETIQUETTE
The course remains open to the general public. To keep things moving smoothly:
Stay Left: Always keep to the left of the path unless overtaking.
Share the Space: Be polite and respectful to other footpath users (cyclists, walkers, and families).
FOLLOW THE RULES
Obey Marshals: Our marshals are there for your safety and the smooth running of the event. Please follow their instructions at all times.
Official Pacing Only: To maintain race integrity and fair play, unauthorised pacers are not permitted. Only official event pacers or fellow registered entrants may run with you.
Race Bib: Provided at registration, your bib must be worn in a prominent position on the front of your shirt.
Note: If you plan to change layers or remove clothing during the race, please ensure your bib remains visible on your outermost layer.
Timing Chip: This is your digital link to the course. It must be worn as instructed to ensure your times are recorded at every checkpoint and the finish line.

SAFETY
RECOMMENDED FOR EXTREME CONDITIONS
While our aid stations are fully stocked to cover your nutrition and hydration needs, the elements can be unpredictable. If the forecast suggests extreme weather, we strongly recommend you utilise:
Seam-Sealed Rain Jacket: to keep you dry and maintain core temperature.
Buff or Beanie: to prevent heat loss and protect against wind chill.
